Co-Founder & VP of Operations - Maurice Lopes, brings 10 years of experience within the communications industry. Prior to HotBrick Network Solutions he was the CIO & Executive Vice President of VisualCom, prior to that he was the founder and Vice President of Operations for Global Interconnect Communications Corp. (GlCC). Maurice has held management level positions in global companies such as MCI-WorldCom and Motorola.



CFO - Heather Schwarz, a securities expert, currently working at Merrill Lynch as a certified financial planner (CFP) and an equities broker. Heather brings a wealth of sound financial advice to the team.

General Counsel - Santiago A Cueto, formerly an attorney for Wall Street based Herzfeld & Rubin, has advised former heads of state and, as a published author, has written extensively on corporate governance issues. Along with his law degree, Santiago earned a Masters Degree with honors in Foreign Affairs specializing in European and Latin American financial markets. His vast knowledge of domestic and international law compliments the teams vision for continued growth and prosperity.

Director of Information Technology - Sergio Almonte is responsible for planning, implementing security performance and availability of the company's voice and data network. Sergio also manages level II and level III costumer response center.
